In celebration of Data Privacy Day, TeachPrivacy, with the sponsorship of SafeGov, has released a new video -- "Cloud Computing in Education." The video discusses the benefits and risks of cloud computing for educational institutions, and provides guidance on selecting cloud service providers with an emphasis on data protection and security recommendations.

Professor Daniel J. Solove (George Washington University Law School) offers advice for how educational institutions should choose cloud providers, establish a relationship with them, and maintain that relationship with the appropriate protections for privacy and data security.
